SMC Diode Solutions – Sangdest Microelectronic (Nanjing) Co., Ltd (SMC) – was founded in 1997 to serve the High Reliability needs of its customers. Since that time, SMC have added the highest quality standards and screening processes in order to service the aerospace industry and these standards, together with their extensive product range, has made SMC a preferred supplier to many of the leading aerospace OEMs.

SMC’s portfolio includes TVS diodes and arrays, rectifiers, power modules and custom devices in a variety of packages. SMC design and manufacture their products in their own facilities, the US based design team being supported by a simulation team using state-of-the-art design software.
